Materials
What materials are your mannequins made of?
We offer Fiberglass (premium finish & durability), PU Foam (soft-touch forms), and Blow-molded PP & ABS (cost-effective & lightweight) across different series.
How do these materials compare?
- Fiberglass — crisp surface, satin/gloss finishes, ideal for flagship windows.
- PU Foam — impact-resistant, good for forms, pins friendly.
- PP & ABS (blow-molded) — light, budget-friendly, great for large rollouts.
Customization
Can I request custom poses, heads, or finishes?
Yes. We support bespoke posing, head styles, colors (Pantone/RAL), and surface (matte, satin, gloss, metallic). Prototype renders are provided for approval.
Do you accept branded bases or logos?
Absolutely. We can supply branded bases, laser-etched plates, and packaging per your VM guideline.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally? What terms?
Yes. Terms: FOB / CIF / DDP. We ship by sea or air, and can deliver door-to-warehouse upon request.
What’s the standard lead time?
Regular models: 20–25 days production; custom projects: 30–40 days including sampling.

What payment methods are accepted?
T/T bank transfer, WECHAT-PAY for samples, and L/C for bulk orders.

Care & Maintenance
How should I clean and maintain mannequins?
Wipe with a microfiber cloth and mild detergent. Avoid alcohol/solvents. Handle by torso/legs; store with protective foam or cloth covers.
